I have a MY00 RS and i just installed new pads and rotors on both front and back and now the front driver side pads are sticking to the rotor and will not realease even on hills it doesnt roll back like it should.. thanks

have u tried to re bleed your brakes

Did you make sure the bleeder valve was open when you opened your calipers?

thanks for your help but it turns out the lower pin I think thats what you call it that holds the caliper to the bracket that swivels in and out was rusted to the bracket and would not allow the caliper to release the pad from the rotor.
