I'm too tired to write anything new.. so I copied this from i-club suspensino forum. there is also something in Mid-a.

I just got my M2-40s on this weekend! Man are they awesome. My hat is off to M2
on these! I heard great things about their 40s for the new WRX body, but they
just developed these for the GC8.

WOW! The car is so solid and well-sorted! I have them set at full dampening and
the ride is still very livable!

Body roll is almost non-existant. The nose barely twitches under hard braking.
Handling is almost completely neutral.. maybe a *hair* understeer... with 70lbs of
old suspension, jacks, and oil in the trunk. I don't even have the ride height set
correctly yet!

I have nothing but praise for these things. The build quality is, of course, excellent
since these are reworked DMS-40s. The black body with the blue springs looks
cool, too.

You can get in touch with M2 at http://www.m2performance.com/

I love these things.

Tomorrow I will correct ride height and se how it drives with all that junk out of the
trunk. For now.. bed.

The price is the same for WRX and GC8 versions (I think).

The bound-rebound settings are adjusted simultaneously and have 30 different settings. Ride height is also adjustable, but I am not sure by how much.

I still haven't gotten an alignement. Anyone have a preferred shop or chain they like to use?

So far a love them! I was running them at full damping, but since then I've backed off, and I'm still trying ot find the sweet spot. right now they are overdamped, and that makes for a overly obnoxious/bouncy ride on the highway when you hit those dips in the road.

I also might have bent something since one wheel just will not let itself get aligned like a good wheel should. I'll post more when I'm done (more or less) messing withthe settings and have that suspension checked over for damage.

but BTW.. full damping is awesome, but hard on the struts. :)

Edit: Now that I read your post some more...

Body roll is way down. It's almost gone, which I love! All the roads out this way *really* suck. So the ride is going to be a bit bouncy and rough regardless. having said that, I find this suspension to be very livable... especially for the reduction in body roll and nose diving that I got. Most impressive.
