ello everyone,,
I don't post often but I'm hoping to get some useful advice. I have a 2009 Subaru Outback. I'm looking for a device I can plug into my car's diagnostics port and has the following features:
  • Reads and returns engine codes for the check engine light
  • Links to my phone (bluetooth I guess, I'm not sure how else) and presents the data
Bonus points:
  • Automatically searches engine codes and presents them in human readable format (with possible fix?)
  • Monitors basic vehicle performance: MPG, time for oil change, engine temp, battery level etc.
I have done some searching on Amazon but there's about 500,000 different devices ranging from £100 to £1000 and I was hoping someone could offer some recommendations.

Edit:guys i found a site near me and it does free shipping too!!
Thanks you!
