Some of the lexus vehicles I service have the glowing seat belt buckles and I think it would be a cool addition to our cars. If the buckle would accept the harness it would seem easy to wire in the light. I also want to get rid of my faded crusty buckles. Does anyone know how similar the buckles are and if they will possibly lock / be compatible? I keep forgetting to but my plan was to take a picture and /or trace the harness end to compare it to mine. This was on the older lexus models and I don't think they had the lame pre tensioners built it. They also weren't faded and crappy so they should be cheap finds at salvage yards if they would work.
