If you're talking front, the 02-07 WRX wagons had that from factory. Not sure what sedan had, but I run the wagon ones on my turbo cars (a GC and a BC)

Looking for a 20 mm rear bar. I know at least 1 production year WRX had a 20 mm rear bar, but I thought but they changed diameters through the 02-07 MY from 19-22 mm, depending on year.

I heard the earliest of the 02 wrx sedans had bigger rear bars, and that Subaru changed it to smaller because people were wrapping them around trees ;)

I believe all 2004-2007 STI's came with a rear 20mm bar.

Can't remember if you've had this info?
Fit uprated mounting brackets for the larger rear bar:
20540FE200 reinforced mounting bracket from later model
20540FE210 reinforced mounting bracket from later model
2 x 20466FE000 clamps
6 x 901250075 bolt and washer
2 x 023808000 nut
You'll need the later version rear bar bushes as well.

Does anyone have a 20 mm rear sway bar lying around that they wanna sell? I'm not sure what model vehicles this may encompass - maybe 02-07 WRX?
I have a used oem Subaru 20mm from a wrx. I can check on shipping if you message me an address. I will let it go cheap to a good home.

Can anyone confirm whether this front Whiteline passenger strut mount is alligned to allow for max camber / max caster orientation?
The bolt at the bottom of the picture would be closest to the passenger fender with the number "10" in the same orientation with the "14" facing the engine / front of the car. Thanks.

My outer tie rods bushings are essentially disintegrated so I'll have to order a set and install before I get an alignment. I figure I'll replace front swat bar mounts and endlinks as well. Ideally I'd like to replace stuff with Whiteline products but goddamn their stuff is expensive! I also purchased a used 02 WRX 20 mm rear sway bar from a fellow RS member. I'll be replacing endlinks and mounts in the rear as well. After alignment I can put these on:

Can someone tell me exactly what needs to be removed to get the rear deck out? The rear seat is out - looks like I need to disconnect speakers, sone plastic push locks, ans some sheet metal screws that hold the rear speakers to the deck - are these accessible after taking the speaker grilles off? Thanks in advance!

While replacing my suspension I saw that both tie rod ends were essentially vomiting grease and decided to replace them prior to alignment. So I jacked the car up and removed the cotter pins. The outer tie rods were fused to the locking nuts on the inner rods. I used a mixture of acetone and ATF as a penetrating oil and allowed them to sit for a few hours and then proceeded to fry the fuckers with a propane torch to loosen them up. I used a cut section of speed limit sign lying around my dad's garage (don't ask) as a makeshift heat shield to protect the CV axle boots and brake lines. I held it in place with a pair of vice grips. No pics as this was a one man operation.

https://flic.kr/p/2jgCdxU After loosening the locking nuts on the inner tie rods, castle nuts were removed and the old tie rods were threaded off:
https://flic.kr/p/2jgGnku Bought OEM Subaru replacements:
https://flic.kr/p/2jgCdCo Out with the old and in with the new:
https://flic.kr/p/2jgGnxi Using 2pot's alignment recommendations with the Whiteline KCA335 off-set top mounts and the Type RA Subaru rear mounts, my alignment guy started with zero front toe and gave me negative 1.75 degree camber in the front and negative 1.25 degree negative camber in the rear, due to the minimal amount of play in the rear lower bolt holes. I really need to drive the car to see if I want any adjustment but I'm going to wait on judgement until I have the 20 mm rear sway bar, Whiteline front and rear sway bar bushings, and Whiteline front and rear sway bar endlinks installed along with wheels and tires. We shall see....

Thanks! I have no idea why I waited so long to put them on...they totally change the whole aesthetic of the car.
