have you try http://www.isrperformance.com ??? there might be cheaper places, but iSR just came out from the top of my head.
www.subaruwrxparts.com is the place where i found them cheapest.
I bought mine used though and saved probably 50-60 bucks after shipping. Keep an eye out, they go quick whenever they're put up for sale.

I got mine from SpeedFX group buy maybe they have some left over. Worth a shot!
