Hey guys, I'll be converting my '98 L sedan to '03 WRX front discs and '97 JDM WRX rear discs in a couple of weeks and I want to make sure I'm not forgetting anything.

With the fronts, I've got calipers, brackets, and aftermarket rotors off a 2003 WRX.

With the rears, I've got the entire rear disc assembly with e-brake cables off a 1997 WRX from Japan.

(pics are located here: natenichols [dot] net/brakes/ - I can't post links yet...)

Will I need to get new brake lines or will my current lines suffice? Is there something I'm overlooking? Any constructive input is appreciated.

Thanks ScoobySnack.

Slipstream, where do you recommend I purchase SS lines from? And how long of lines do I need (or are they application specific)? Thanks.

Nice choice. You obviously know what you're shopping for. The JDM wrx rear is identical to USDM except it is vented. You'll like them, they're sufficent, I have those rears on my car with legacy gt fronts. Stops on a dime.
