How do I get them ost oversteer from a stock 2.5RS?

I heard use a rear swaybar and strut bar, and no bar on the front

Is this correct?

HOW do you want this oversteer to come in??
Initialy? In a "set" state? On power? Lift off throttle?

Important questions.

Lots of ways to accomplish oversteer, but it depends on what conditions you want it in.

Lower front spring rate/raise rear spring rate
Lower front sway bar stiffness (or remove it all together) and/or stiffen rear sway stiffness
Front toe in, rear toe out on the alignment
Lower front/higher rear tire pressure will help a little where changing suspension isn't practical (I ran 38psi front 42psi rear in my STi. It still understeered like you wouldn't believe unless you trail braked and really caused some weight transfer, but the tire pressure helped a tiny bit).

Just a few ways... plastic trays not included on this one. Thats a FWD trick.

less air in the rear makes the sidewalls roll over easier

I have f/r strut bars, 24mm rear sway and endlinks and with stock tires my car is all over the place.

I have my pressure down to 27/25 to keep it from sliding all over during autox
