my subaru's having hotmail troubles...the pages won't load up...at all....

None of the microsoft pages will load....MSNBC, MSN, microsoft.com....none of them....

I access with netzero...

Anyone else having this problem

Your Subaru is having hotmail troubles? How about your computer instead.......is this problem still happening or is this temporary? What operating system? What web browser? Give me some info man!

it appears that certain numbers on my netzero dialup won't access hotmail, or microsoft associated pages. They appear to have their DNS entry wrong.

I changed my dialup to something else, and it works fine now.

Ah, ok. I figured that it was DNS related....I just wanted more info before I go babbling about it.

One thing to note with Win2k is that it has this issue with caching DNS entries for too long. If your Win2k box is being weird with some websites, just drop to a command line and type:


ipconfig /flushdns

Reopen your browser and problem solved. At least some of them anyway.
