It's pretty easy, really. Here are the instructions that I used, I just masked and painted one color, wait for it to set up, then masked again, waited, then finished the last color. Took more time than a single color, but was well woth it!

By the way, I used Testors enamel model paint, easy to paint with, and available in all sorts of colors. Good luck, it's really easy to do!
