So, ive been putting this off for a while because i thought my wheels and tires were out of balance.
Today i notice the steering wheel pulling when i was coming to a stop at about 1 mph i would notice it STILL so it cant be something out of balance.
So what could it be?:(
It manages to shake my whole car at speed...

Check for warped rotors or badly worn brake pads. That can wobble the steering wheel when coming to a stop.

well it the front rotors, calipers and brake pads were all changed the same day.
Rear drums seem like they might be screwed tho.
ill check pressure tomorrow to see if there are major differences.
Thanks again

Did you recently drive through any mud? This just happened to my car over the weekend. I went camping and there was quite a bit of dirt road with mud in places. When I got out onto the pavement I had a really bad wobble. I thought I bent something. Nothing looked bent though. I noticed there was a bunch of mud stuck to the BACK of the wheel (you couldn't see it from the outside). I cleaned all 4 wheels really good and problem solved.
