heat shield crap

I get lots of rattle which i think are caused by my heat shields. If i remove these will i notice any ill effects? Which shields rattle the most (which ones should i remove?) One more thing whats the best way to go about removing them?

I don't know but just wanted to add something. Wear gloves when going near the heatshields! I cut myself on it. :curse: They're pretty sharp!
