I’m doing a full rs facelift on my ‘96 Impreza l and I’m having trouble getting the front bumper cover off. I have taken off the headlight corners, headlights, grille all the plastic screws/clips and the 10mm in the middle and now I’m stuck on the two bolts on the sides of the bumper in the wheel well. How do I get access to those. All I see is a plastic screw that looks like it’s just holding up the fender liner

Gotta pull the liner aside, get the 10mm on an extension, and go up from below. They are always rusted to hell on my cars.
