The photo shoot with David Wallens was pretty cool. He's very interested in our cars and comes out to most of the Central Florida autox events.

Great guy and great magazine. :) Unfortunately, I don't have a subscription, so has anyone picked it up on a newsstand yet?

I finished the article earlier this evening. I'm glad they didn't make it a "the 2.5RS is the baby brother of the WRX...blah blah blah..."

Well written and very informative. The aftermarket part suggestions were very informative.

Get it, read it, love it. :D

Not to toot my own horn... but the Rally Blue RS is mine, the Silver RS's belong to Opie & SUV-ETR (from the i-club) Matt was also there and so was Blue Ridge RS (another i-clubber).Photos were taken in Orlando. I have not read the article yet but I am tickled to death that David Wallens and the staff at GRM wrote such a great article.

i think that EVERYONE considering buying an RS or WRX should be FORCED to read that to KNOW where this company came from. IT's a KICK Ass article. I loved every second of it, thanks SCCA for the free copy.

Went to Tower records today to look for the magazine.
They had 8 of them! I was tempted to grab two copies.
Article was fantastic. Plenty of info about the RS (maybe too much info :biggest: ) It was nice how they said the big brother of the RS was the Legacy GT rather than another magazine saying the WRX is the big brother.
If you like the RS, I have two words to sum it up:
Get it!

They also had Maxpower UK. On the cover is a GC8 WRX with 270 HP. Interesting thing about the car is that this european GC8 has wheels from a company in southern california that I never heard of.

Insert sound of horn here...

The black '98 is mine. The picture was taken at the SCCA Nationals last year out here in Colorado in which I got 2nd place in STS. As was stated earlier it has a version V wing (with a carbon fiber center). The wheels were Speedline Piero Rs with S03 Pole Positions. Now I'm running gunmetal Rota SubZeros with Michelin Pilot Sports. Plus, I've added a 2000 front end to it, you'd be hard-pressed to tell that it's a '98 anymore.
