I'd be cautious doing any swap newer than 07 for the sake of it being not CANBUS, and much less headaches. But with enough time and money anything is possible, one person on here did a dash swap but the vents don't function. Others are working on CANBUS emulators but i believe they are still a work in progress at this time.
