I was wondering if anyone knows how high I should put the spoiler on my GC8 to get proper downforce at high speeds (120+). I'm planning on buying either the gtc-300 or the gtc-500. Thanks. :help::help::help:rojectsti.com:
Well there is not much proven data for our cars due to the fact, actual wind tunnel testing is quiet expensive. I have however tried to replicate it in cfd programs, but with much difficulty (never got to finish)

But it is widely accepted that a wing should be near the width of the car and the airfoil should be angled near the streamline of the air coming from the rear roof line.
(easily negated if a wing is in fresh direct air it would not matter as high as you can make it haha)
Most of the time the air is already traveling at a downward slope right after the roof line.
(keep in mind all wings are created different)
