I got a '01 RS and i am looking for a front spoiler or skirt. I put STI V5 struts on with Eibach springs and it lowered my car like 1", but now that i look at it seems that the fog lights are too close to the ground cause of there large size. I am looking for some thing to add on to my front bumper to make it a little lower (maybe an 1" or 2"). Let me know if you guys have any ideas and if you have the web page (or pic) that would be nice. Thanks for your help.

Definitely the version 6 lip, like Peaty has. Very clean and you wont smash it everytime you pull into a parking spot with a cement barrier.

I've also seen pics of pld-skool RS's with the new optinal fron lip of of the WRX. Looks pretty good, and, from what I've heard, is a direct bolt-on.

Not really...

I know a guy who did it, and you have to cut it, and wrestle with it to get it on. It does look nice though, but I'd go with v6...

Oh, cool, that's good to know. I haven't heard a lot about the WRX lip on the RS's, so I must have been thinking about another lip, or just plain remembering wrong. Oops, my bad.:eek:

No prob, even highly respected pillars of the online community are wrong once in a blue moon. :p

The guy who did the install heard it was easy to. Just didn't wind up as easy as he was told...;)

That would be the guy I was talking about. It's just a custom plate. It's not his car any more. He parted it out, and sold it...
