If they have them! In 2019 while working at a dealer I needed a rear belt. They were not able to source me the same color or style. It was going to be a tan belt from an L. It would have fit and worked, but I was actually able to fix mine. Some child of the PO had stuffed a bunch of paper in the buckle and all I had to do was pick it out.

But yes, inquire at your local dealership, the seatbelt is a safety item that literally has a lifetime warranty. BUT if they don't have any, they don't have any so don't get salty about it.
