Check WRXAtlanta you might be able find some Columbus, GA people there. I haven't been in GA since 2008

I know it's not the place you're referring too but when I was at BCT at Fort Jackson there were a few nice STi's on base and even a Evo9. Since I moved over to Fort Lee I haven't seen a single Subaru

I wouldn't expect much down south being there isn't much snow and where there is snow there is subarus
