Flywheel,Clucth, Tranny & motor mounts.. MAN what a Difference!!

WEll I have had the fidanza flywheel and act clucth and that made a very nice improvment in acceleration, and grabbing between gears.

Then those mounts made anight and day diff!! I thought Sti mounts would not have helped much at all. But man I hear less noises from under the car, plus shifting and response of the motor seems to be the way is should have been:run:

If you do Not have STi Motor Mounts and a Trannymount

GET THEM NOW!!!!!!:stupid:

Awesome gains. Best couple of mods I have done :checkit:

If you have any questions just ask. I did not install the Flywheeland the Clutch. I had master tach do it atmy work!

The motormounts wereput in by myself and 2 guys at work. THE MOTOR MOUNTS are a Bitch to install. ( well actyuuall 2 bolts are the biggest pain. Other than that fairly easy

May I ask where you bought the engine and tranny mounts?

How much?

I'm turbo (sshhhh, wrong forum) and I need them VERY badly, as I'm getting lots of slop in the engine bay with the new found torque.

I bought my motor mounts from Teagues auto same the tranny mount. I believe their are some possible group buys on I - CLub.com
Many vendors sell these mounts. I highly recomend them!

What turbo kit u go with. How was everything Install and running quality??

Wait. You hear LESS noises with the hard mounts? :lol:

Ok. Maybe you had some broken stuff before.

I do agree that there was a big difference, and now that they've been in for a month or whatever, I really don't miss the soft (quiet) stuff anymore.

I got mine from Cobb.

Challenger Deep was about $10 or so cheaper though.

STi Motor Mounts!!!!!

I had a lot of movement with the exhaust rattling and other noises i had no idea what was that noise and with the Mounts i tended to hold everything in place a little better. Plus my shifting with the ACT clucth and flywheel made a big difference. Between shifts i had a lot of play in the tranny and motor movin back and forth!! See ya

I will chime in and say that the Group N engine/tranny mounts rock. Shifting rules now. I am happy.
