I have a 97' Impreza Coupe 1.8l, i bought a 98' RS exhaust system, Header and Catback but no catal.
My 2nd Catal rear flange had rusted off, so went to Autozone to get one of them flanged connector to close it up, it didnt really close up cause theres this 1" cap, and still has the O-ring gasket in there just dingling around, so it kinda leaks,
I was thinking if i can just take it to the shop for them to saw off the 2nd Cat and turn that into a Straight pipe, and relocate the o2 sensor OR...
If i can just get a whole new aftermarket catback. but will the flange/gasket bolt up though??
My Cat. is pretty bad too im guessing, CEL went on and im guessing its the o2.
