I heard different things when it comes to this.
one is that if you want low end torque you need to go with 2 1/4 inch piping from the cat back, if I go with 3.0 or more I will gain horse power and top speed but you will sacrifice low end torque in the process... Is this true? well I guess it boils down to what I'm looking for....
what I want is to be able to quick of the line while at the same time gain horse power.

I'm looking at the A'pexi N-1 exhaust, someone told me that you gain about 10 to 12 hp depending on how restricted the car is so again here is another question...how restricted is the 2.5?
Thanks for the input....

When you mean force feed you are refering to a turbo system right? if so I don't plan on doing that anytime soon...so would you say 2 1/4 inch would be my best choice?
you'll have to excuse me but I'm like an idiot when it comes down to cars and internals....

3 inch if you turbo, you want little back pressure.
2.25 or 2.5 if non turbo , you need some back pressure. Figuring
out how much is the fun part.

I am changing my muffler today I will let you know what I come up with.
