alright thanks BUDDY!
Well I just tryed installing my J&S today and to say the least, I messed it up by using vampire clamps instead of soldering. My turbo goes on mext weekend and it is a Legacy turbo @ 5 psi. Other than that, I think stand-alone is the next step...

Graham
what are u going to use to control boost? or are u just going off the wastegate?
I'm just running off the stock spring on the wategate for the turbo. It's a 5 psi spring, but one day I'll get a Tial just so I have the ability to regulate my boost.

I'll share...........

2001 RS-T
Ludespeed stage III, with a big ass Spearco IC......BTW very nice kit!!!
6 psi (soon to be higher), no boost controler, just an adjustable wastegate!
Stock ECU
J&S Safegaurd, with dual monitor
Split Second voltage clamp
Cartech RRFPR
Vishnu Jammy fuel rail kit
Factory oil cooler (from Forester)
The following Autometer gauges:
oil temp
oil pressure
boost/vacuum
exhaust temp
fuel pressure

I think thats it for my motor..............:sunny:

define big ass... mine seems sorta small.
It's hella bigger than the stock WRX IC!!! I can't imagine fitting a larger one under my hood!!! There isn't enough room between the throttle body, and the firewall!!! It's pretty thick too, I don't think that a thick IC is good. Thinner is more effecient!!:D

How was the install? That is my first pick for electronics.
cake, yet intrusive. save all the old wiring harness so you can go back. then you can migrate it to your next project. the lean/rich mixture meter is one of the best.
