Doing s swap on my 01 RS
A jdm v4 out a sf5. The intake harness was cut off so I am using the stock 01 harness and merging some wires together so I can used the stock intake harness with stock ecu,
Switch out cam and crank sprockets and ignition coil. 150 compression in all cylinders
Issues can’t figure out
I confirm fuel and spark are good
In all cylinders, but car won’t start, try’s to buy nothin. They only thing that I can’t hooked up is the IAC. Buckfires something like is trying to but won’t start
any ideas I would gladly appreciate thanks

Update
Found out I am not getting power at ignition coil at all, so no spark
I Will continue on further diag for now

Backfiring to me says the timing is off, or the ecu is getting a wrong signal from cam or crank.

Last time I check I had spark an the car wanted to start, and I forgot the switch the crank sprocket , but now I switch both cam and crank, and found out I had no power at the ignition coil, only 3vlot at the harness.

so I got the spark from the ignition coil
In all four cylinder
But now still won’t start and got a cell p0340 for cam position sensor
I swap both cam and crank gears and also swap out the cam gears multiple time and still no start
01 Subaru rs
Stock ecu
V4 intake harness merge with intake Harness of orinal car
Newl coil
New spark plugs
No start
Try’s to but nothin
any ideas will appreciate thanks
