when i start the car it idles a little rough but.
the blower motor is sluggish and the dash is dim the radio is on but no music .... when i let off the ebrake it all comes to life.??

no i didnt check voltage but they were tight i might take them off and wire bruch the contact points

There's more grounding in your car than just the battery. The other ones (Block to chassis is the big one) can have just as big an effect. Although I have no idea why the ebrake would have any connection to this...

i know all this .im just as confused as you are i was just seeing if anyone had this issue before i will be cleaning all the ground even the radio-dash bar ground....

i keep checking and it just looks like blacktop to me i mean ive checked it mulitiple times and it hasnt changed

Try disconnecting the wire that goes to the switch. By switch I mean the one that turns on the BRAKE light on the dash when you pull the e-brake lever.
