Do you like the Morette <tm> style headlights for the GC8?

I am on the fence about the headlights somedays i want them some day I love the stock looks. If I was sure the light output was better i would get a set ASAP since Speed-FX is right down the road? Can you replace the blubs with a PIAA set? Thats what I ahve now and love how much light the hyper-whites put out.

if you go with morettes get the complex lenses. then add HIDs later. damn that will light everything up.

The one and only reason I don't like them, is because the corner light is not included in the dual headlight style. And it costs so freaking much just to get the headlights where the corner is included. Why? I have no idea?!!?

I second that. Dual headlights don't fit well with the stock corners.
I like the dual headlights in general, but they stick out as an
add-on without a clean integration with the corners.

i don't like me on our cars, i put a set of an '02 RS and it looks GREAT goes with the body lines perfectly, they just look funny on our cars.

I don't like any mods to the headlight at all. No eyelids, no morettes, no other style dual headlights, no headlight covers, no painted reflectors... Nothing. I think the stock headlights look perfect already. Just needs some clear lights to match: corners, fenders, bumpers & JDM tails.

I was wondering what Teague's Auto Shop is like, since the big meet at the Dragon is in the same area I came across these.

To bad I can get a turbo kit for less than their cost. But I do like that the corners ar taken out, clean look.

Installed? I Like the looks of the Morrettes and I also like the ones above with the corners blacked out. Who makes THOSE? Let's see some pics of all 3 styles (installed) next to each other.

actually i love my morrette headlights on my black gc8.

the only problem that i have with them is that i blew both h2 bulbs already.

but i sill love the look it gives my car.
