Should bolt up with the exception of the top hats. However, I remember using GC8 KYB AGX shocks on my 95 Legacy and it sat a bit higher (looked silly) than stock in the front than when it was on stock Legacy struts; I'm pretty sure the front perch is a bit different between struts. Springs I'm not sure about, as I used Legacy-specific lowering springs. Theoretically they should work if the struts work, but I'd be concerned about geometry given that the Legacy is a heavier car.
