Cosmo racing intake

Just installed the Cosmo racing cold air intake on my 98, wanted to post something about it because there is little information out there on cold air intakes for us phase one MAF people. The install went pretty smoothly and everything fit as expected w the intake except I had to buy a new line going from my IACV to the intake because the stock line was too short and it needed to be at a 90degree bend. I also would recommend getting something to protect the intake from rubbing against the fender where it goes through. I noticed a slight performance increase at the top end, may be placebo but it seems a little better higher up in the rev range. My car is a 98 Impreza wagon with a EJ25D swap.
