Compatibility of JDM stereo and USDM XM Tuner
I doubt many people will know this. I am wondering if I get a Japanese CD player (all incredible), will I be able to attach a XM tuner later on? I doubt there will be any trouble, but i want to make sure...

I dont think it will,what kind of xm tuner is it dedicated or radio frequency? If its dedicated it has to work with its matching unit(pioneer to pioneer, sony to sony).If it radio frequency "rf" they use a different tuning frequency than in the U.S., some aftermarket decks have hidden functions to switch from U.S. to European frequencies. I know the rf pioneer units do not have the feature.
