So I want to get an exhaust setup for my car, but living in the great state of California, I have to make sure I am street legal with my setup. I know that a cat back exhaust, borla replica headers and stock cat are street legal in CA, but Does anyone know if the Stromung HFC is street legal in CA? If not does anyone know of any legal HCFs in CA?
