A couple of questions...Does anyone know the cost for a Brullen Catback System. I understand that they come in three flavors...quiet, medium and loud. How quiet is quiet? Do they make them for th '02 MY? Thanks. By the way I did a search and just came up with a lot of info on the headers. Any help would be appreciated.

They do make them for '02RS. Mine cost $750 Canadian Dollars. I forget what the exchange rate is, but that's around $350-$400 US I think. I don't know about the sound levels since mine isn't installed yet (please be good weather this weekend). I've heard that the quiet setup is quieter than a Cobb intake (so my Cobb will drown out my exhaust).

I forget who all sells them (got mine direct from Brullen with the headers). I think Larry Ganz (www.imprezars.com) sells them and I know GTBGUY on i-club sells them (he also has sound files). I'm not sure if he's made the move over here yet, but you can also talk to JoeT here. He's not a dealer, but has been the middle man for the header stuff.

Oh yeah, once I install, I'll have sound files before and after.

I have the Medium setup, bought it used so I can't speak about price, but IMHO, the sound is just right. It sounds like my brother-in-law's 911. A nice little rumble at idle, a rumble in the background at highway speed, can hear it over the radio if it's at very low volume, quieter than my Cobb intake during any type of acceleration, even light accel. If you don't want to disturb your neighbors, it won't. It won't attract attention unless you want to. I think the Quiet is probably pretty close to stock sound-level wise.
