I was reading through my Summit Racing catalog and came across this brand of gauges: Nordskog.

I've never heard of them, so I headed out to the internet to find out more information. Damn! Not only are they cheap (although I bet they don't include the senders), but they are full-sweep, and have through-the-back illumination in blue LED (what do you want to bet that could be changed to green) and is dimmable, can be set to trigger an alarm at a programmed low reading, and look pretty good.

Tell me what you think:

And here is the manufacturers URL:

makes me want to convert all of my gauges to the digital gauges. id rather have an accurate Fuel Pressure/Boost/Oil Pressure/EGT number instead of guessing with analog.

looks like i found my future gauges for my dream car that i will get eventually (Ultima GTR...ahhh yeah...nothin like a stroked and blown C5 vette LS1 engine pushing 2200lbs of car!)

you know what else is cool? their create-a-dash-kit thing that they have. that would be an interesting mod...to change our dash into a digital readout. all that you need to do is take out the existing garbage and use some ABS plastic or something or metal or whatever and create your own cover.

I had thought about doing an all digital gauge cluster. The entire concept would not be that hard. The hardest would be fabricating the parts so it would fit perfectly in the stock hole.

Idealy, I'd try to swap some parts over; the warning lights, clock, and Odometer. Bascially, I'd try to cut out the uneeded parts of the stock cluster, and then place the new digital guages in. However, slightly more than I can chew at this point.

I'm sure it's do-able, question is whether someone has the time to get it done right.
