Reason for an automatic 02rs :
Well I had a cobra I barrowed from an uncle who is a parts manager at a huge ford dealership in detroit that got a "salvaged titled corba" but his car was dead so he took it back. Well then I needed a car asap because I drive around alot for my job as a camera asistant for a post production company in Chicago(1k a week average). Well I loved the rs but every dealership was out to screw me because of my age(18) and because I drove up in a cobra. Also in the midwest at the time of purchase I couldn't find a gc8 anywhere!!!!So I went to the local dealership that my parents buy there cars from(legacy outback, OBS, legacy gt...over 5 years and 2 totals). Well I found a nice silver RS and fell in love with it. I love the fact that every mile that is put on is by me. For me this was a big deal, first car ever. Also I like that I am diffrent to every RS in the local MWSOC club. Also ya know it is going to be fun when my TC or SC rs rolls up to s stupid wrx and beats them Heehee.

And besides, he knows that it's cool to have an 4EAT, because that is what *I* drive, and I managed to come in first place during some SCCA event a while back... my happiest day.

doctornick is a good guy, just gotta smack him around a lil bit
I will give some arguments in doctornicks behalf.
1. He has the same drivetrain and suspension as the GC8 RS
2. He actually has a stiffer chassis than our cars, so his car will respond a little better to upgrades in suspension and horsepower.
3. I personally don't think the new body style is ugly. It took a little while to grow on me, but I actually think that, once lowered from it car crusher stock height, it is very agressive looking. You know 911s have round headlights too...
Personally I still favor the "I am going to eat your children" look of the GC8 though, but I like the new body too.

I really don't care what you drive whether it be a all riced out 1988 civic or a 22b... as long as you are cool... cause that's all that really matters... so I am welcoming you... and will offer all my knowledge (not like there is vast amounts or anything
