When I'm bored, I like to give myself mental exercises to give myself something to think about. Today's boredom and an interest in the EJ18 brought me to this:

I drive a 90 legacy l wagon, EJ22
Could I swap a turbo'd ej18 in and achieve the following:
E85
30mpg or better
200/4whp
:hydrogen:
?

And how could I do it?

-Full coroast under tray with divergent zones to push air towards the brakes
-improved brakes (which ones would be better? Stock is meh, but I don't think I'll need a full STi setup to improve them
-where can I shave weight?

1.205 swap with exhaust and a reflash will get you 200whp much easier
2.no idea
3.2/4 pot brakes are a good upgrade over stock
4. Get rid of you interior

Lol honestly, I'd like the challenge. I love formula 1, and they're given strict engine parameters. I know I'm not an f1 engine designer, but making something work within such stringent guidelines is interesting.
