Though I'm not that impressed w/ how the ratings work. People aren't very subjective, how many perfect items are there out there, and nearly everything has a 4.x rating. maybe if they were rated in more categories, that would be a better method of overall rating. hrm

I agree the ratings are pretty pointless. Very few modifications/parts are "bad" and if you're a bonehead and made a poor choice, why would you tell the world about it? Many times a modification improves something, but at the cost of something else, such as ride vs handling. How do you rate that?

I used to have Mintex 1155 brake pads in the stock calipers. IF you're keeping the stock caliper, that's a five star part! Of course, when you upgrade the calipers, you don't need such a hardcore pad and it might be too grabby.

I did review the crappy Clutchnet disc (since replaced), though.

Mostly I just rate stuff based on how happy I am with it. If it's not right for somebody else, I really can't help that.
