Drove my car to work this morning just fine, let it warm up ~10 mins prior to driving, no issues.

I get off work 8 hours later and try to start my car.... no go

Engine turns over no problem but doesn't start, I can hear the fuel pump start up when I turn the key to 'ON'. Is my coil shot??

Is temperature a factor? Im in Calgary and it was -17C out

Sorry for my inexperience but i figure someone had to have had this happen to them too!

Do you guys put anything special in your fuel to help keep it from freezing? If not, might be a little water in the fuel froze...

Apparently it floods rather easily when it gets cold out :p let it sit for awhile and cranked 'er and she started right up thankfully!

How old is your fuel filter? Might be time for a replacement!

I too am in calgary, we shouldn't have any issues with fuel freezing here, it's generally good to -30 to -35 before people start having freezing problems.

You shouldn't need to put any additives into your fuel. I live in Prince George, BC, same weather conditions as you get in Calgary and I drive my car every day without fuel freezing issues.

I would say get your water problem sorted out asap.
