so I've been having this vehicle for 2 years. had to take the engine apart due to rod knock. after a year later I finally finished assembled the engine together (after working overseas).

everything is assembled and was ready to crank. I've removed the spark plugs and disconnect the ignition coil and also the fuel injectors. a method I read about for when starting up to prime the oil pump. after that, I put everything back together. car wouldn't start up. after a day or 2 I would remove the sparks plugs to see what could be the issue and notice that the plugs were flooded with fuel. I've checked the fuel injector harness and displayed current, with at lest 10v...

is it normal to see current at the ON (not start) key position?

is it possible for a sensor to trip the ECU????
