so I've tried looking around, not 100% if I got the right answers, was kind of a mix and a lot of related questions on this were for post and pre obdII and turbo blocks.

pretty much, I need conformation of this swap...

I read some where my ej22 ECU is p&p with the Brighton harness from the ej18 cars, same pin outs, pretty similar engine block and so on. can any one confirm? looking to just drop my 22 in the coupe for now and worry about the hatch back later.

most of the topics I came across were running ej22 on ej18 ECU (obdI) which i know will work fine, but this isn't the case.

this is to swap necessary equipment if possible without re-wiring,

any help is appreciated.

bump. just need some one to confirm there isnt going to be any wiring issue i've missed. all sensors are pretty much the same, being obdII and has maf. going to tear in to both car's bulkhead's tomorrow after work.

just want to cover all my bases so i dont waste any time.
