My 93 GF2 is about to hit 150k, and I'm wondering what preventative maintenence I should do. I came up with a few things...
Trans flush
Oil Change (due anyway)
Fuel Filter

Spark Plugs, Wires, Air filter, PCV have been done within the last 1000 miles

What else?

...Brake fluid, rear differential fluid, check your boots, etc.

But theres no such thing as a "Tune-up" for your car :p

The car is 4EAT so should I replace the trans filter? Where is the trans filter anyway?
Also, what trans fluid is the best for 4EAT. I've heard a lot about Uncle Scotty's Mix but I dont know if that could apply to 4EAT.

unless you want to kill your transmission do NOT try uncle scotty's mix, its only for manual transmissions.
You need dexron III for a 4EAT. you will need gear oil for the front diff though.

Do not replace the automatic transmission filter. Its a lifetime filter, no reason to replace it.

Okay, will do. What type/grade of gear oil should I use?
