do these springs have a higher rate than the stock ones in my 99 rs? What about ride height, will it make the car sit higher, or lower, or stay the same?

well im not a suspension god but...i do belive that those springs are stiffer and are ment for the GD which is heavier. I do belive that if you put these on your car it will make it hiigher since your GC is lighter.

What archer1.8 said. If your going to look for some springs or coilovers try to stick with GC specific that way you'll have a better idea as to how the car will sit.

You can't use 04-07 WRX springs because the rear ones taper and will not work with your rear tophats. However, you can use 02-03 WRX springs and they will make the car sit about .5" higher in front and 1" higher in back. WRX springs are marginally stiffer than RS ones. I helped a friend install some on his '95 GC.

There are many great springs out there designed specifically for the RS coupe. Why bother with the 04 WRX wagon springs?
