if i put in the 04wrx xmember do I have to get 04wrx sway bars too? front and rear?

You can fit the rear one without changing anything else. The front needs the turbo cross member, not sure about details on that or if you can just replace that. You shouldn't really need to increase your front sway 1mm though... not really cost efficient. I say get the rear one only.

You'll need the WRX wagon sway bar. Check the stickies at the top of the forum.
