I want to do a Halo conversion to my 04 RS, and I was wondering if they are compatible with Sti lights...any help?

Wiring is different but can be made to work. Research more from whoever you plan to buy from or ask around for someone who does retrofit work and they will simply make something for your car rather than spending money then having to fuck with it.
