The Radiator Fans quit working on my 2003 RS, fuses are fine, relays seem fine....what sensor trips them?
Or any other ideals on where to look (I hate electrical problems....)

air conditioning turns at least one of them on. other than that, if you disconnect the ECT sensor, that will turn them on full time.

Neither fan is working, not even when the AC is turned on....

Have you verified that electricity is getting to the fan plugs? If there is -> problem is the fans. If not, problem lies elsewhere. I don't know where the relays are, but keep going up the electrical path until you find voltage.

You should also check voltage at the fuses to aid in pinpointing.
