I am located about 20 miles from Philadelphia. Link to additional pictures at the end of post. Body damage pictures can be found there as well.
I am selling this car because it will not pass PA state inspection (due in June). Rather than selling it for parts or to an auction, I'd like to sell the car to someone looking for a project.
The car is definitely beginning to show its age. The front right strut is blown and there is a check engine light on caused by an emissions issue (forgot to write down the code, but I can retrieve it upon request). The fuel gauge sometimes acts up, dropping from half a tank to empty and then back a few times during a short drive. This also causes the gas light to turn on and off. This only happens about 10% of the time and seems to be worse when driving at highway speeds. It needs three new tires as well.
There is some body damage, most notably on the passenger side quarter panel (rust, chipped paint) and drivers side fender (small dents, very light rust).
The front brake pads and rotors were replaced last month. Front and rear axles were replaced within the last year. Muffler, intermediate pipe and other exhaust system parts replaced within the past two years. Timing belt was replaced around 65,000 miles. Oil changes and most required maintenance was completed consistently. The AC works great.
The car will be available end of May, 2019. It is no longer financially responsible for me to continue repairing the car. If it weren't for the inspection issue I wouldn't be selling this car. I absolutely love it, but I need to put my money towards a new car. The price is negotiable.
Some of the pictures are a little dark, so if you'd like to see additional please let me know. Additional pictures can be found (including pictures of damage). here
