Default Stock RS flywheel and transmission power ratings

So I'm in the middle of upgrading my clutch so I was curious as to how much power my stock flywheel and stock transmission can handle before causing damage or breaking. I have a 2000 2.5 RS

the subaru five speeds are coined "the glass transmission". If I remember right; the limit is around 250whp.

almost to 300hp on stock flywheel and transmission, only clutch and preasure plate were taken from 240sx with sr20det engine
engine died that on 1.4 bars of boost, but yeah, transmission was ok till the end)

So do not worry about that much
