Default Throttle body plate rod gasket leak

I have a turboed 2.5RS 2000. And it has a stock TB 16114AA830.
Recently, I noticed a loud sequel when approaching 15psi.
I smoke tested from the air filter side and found a leak out of TB's rod that holds the throttle plate.

See video (Ignore the BOV leak):

I tried to understand if I can replace TB with 02-04 WRX TB, but it wasn't conclusive. Can I use my existing TPS and IACV ?

Easier would be to just replace this 19 yo gasket on the sides of the rod. But, I don't see it for sale separately anywhere.

Another option is to send this to be ported and hope they replace the gaskets. I was considering TechWorks in Calgary.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks.

You can not swap a WRX throttle body on. The pattern is different as well as the IACV. Also the WRX throttle body has a MAP sensor on it.

As far as seals, I know nothing.

So, I'd need the manifold also ?

Ok, thanks!

And the entire rest of the wire merge essentially.
