so it looks like people like a spring rate of around 225 front and 200 rear. good to know I will try a little bit stiffer setup with mine then.

car/year- 2002 Subaru Forester

wheel/tire- winter tires (Nokian WR (ok), Blizzak LM-25 (new, promising on gravel)

suspension- old: AGX + Prodrive 05+ STI, 20mm rear sway (competitive) new: D-Spec + RCE Wagon front/Prodrive 05+ STI rear, 20mm rear sway (promising on gravel)

brakes- WRX front, Outback rear ("H6 upgrade"), stock calipers, Carbotech AX6 pads, ATE Super Blue fluid (progressive, good modulation, long wearing, great balance)

engine- I-Speed RS ECU flash (small bump overall, smoother) , throttle body spacer (smoother), intake manifold spacer (increased low end torque +20 ft-lb @ 2k)

misc- Lots of Group N, Kartboy, and Whiteline bushings/mounts (sloppy mess to precision tool), rear 4-point strut tower bar (reduced a considerable amount of flex)

favorite track/place to rally-
any. Cannon Falls, BIG field with elevation change, well maintained/prepped by land owner.

I still need skid plates. That's my next buy for my car, engine skid plus rear diff skid to keep potential problems not problems.

yes. This is a balanced set up and works well for rallycross and DD duties. '04-'07 STi springs work well, as they are ~223fr/197rr.

Mvw2 - Do you have a dyno chart to show the 20 ft-lb gain at low rpm? That sounds rather optimistic...
