Default lasercats!

location:

portland oregon. race in oregon and washington... took the last few yrs off.

1994 impreza coupe weighing 2259lbs w/ half a tank of fuel, stripped interior, de-webbed hood/trunk, bumper cores removed etc.

engine:

2.5 sti block with ITB's, 10:1 forged pistons, eagle h beam rods, 2.5sohc heads w/ oversized valves & hand port. delta cams, equal length headers, haltech stand-alone and a bunch of other stuff.

suspension:

kyb agx w/ coilover sleeves and custom springs. .. i think im at 170ish lbs front and 220 rear (for rotation). no front sway bar and a stock legacy rear bar. 1.5:1 steering quickener and new stock steering rack/ball joints.

Transmission/diffs: 2000-2004 JDM forester STi 4.44 transmission, used take-out kaaz clutch-type front lsd, ADS 20kg heavy duty center dif, 80's RX clutch-type rear r160 lsd.

this trans is for sale: legacy ss transmission w/ welded center****

*UPDATE, installed 4.44 trans & difs.

anyway, blah had to adult for a few yrs but im rallycrossing again and stuff.

runners are long to support midrange power, rather than shorter for high end power.

Pictures aren't working for me. Your hosting service might not support remote image hosting.

yeah, tried to use one of my spare shared hosting acct servers but it was getting blocked. which is mixed because it would be sort of more secure but not much and using 3rd party photo hosting is more difficult than ftp. idk maybe it will protect M'bandwidth.

anyway should be working now.

They now work, at significantly reduced resolution. I use Imgur for all my forum/sharing images. Great hosting service when security doesn't matter.

So it's 2019 and I'm now doing SCCA Rallyx in PA class in my 2000 RS coupe. I read the whole thread, and it seems that options are more limited for suspension changes since 2004 WRX springs and struts are not every common anymore.

Any suggestions for the best option to upgrade the suspension from stock given what's available today? (assume I don't want to spend thousands on a Rally setup and I don't daily drive the car)
