Dealership ad photos:

First few weeks of ownership:

L interior

RS interior

RS wheels, spoiler added

Teenager sideswipes me on the highway in his Civic Si with temp tags, as a result the car goes even further to looking like a RS for freeeee.

Orion (member from Columbus, COS) wanted a L hood for his RS hood. He ran a rally car and used a carbon RS hood during race season so he traded me. Thanks again Orion!

L to RS exterior, before and after.

Snow driving when the car used to be a daily driver

Flocked dash from Broken Motorsports, big thanks for Josh for helping me out with this

Sparco seats installed. Thanks to Conor for the hook up!

More autocross photos through the years

L goes from daily driver to full out track car. Time to begin gutting and preparing for cage. Dry ice broken into little pieces then goo-gone gel to clean the glue residue that remains.

Cage build begins. Red 9 Fabrication in Dayton, KY. Car was there for 2-3 months during the winter. NASA approved cage with steering wheel detachable hub along with reinforcing the seat brackets because the sparco brackets are horrible quality. Probably the one thing I'd change is I would have wanted the A pillar bars closer to the firewall and a bar incorporated into the cage to replace the OEM dash bar.

After the cage was finished I wanted the cage painted white to match the exterior. Sure black would have been good but I love seeing track prepped cars all in white. Porsche Cup cars are always amazing and they come in white so I went with white for the cage color.

JDM front grill installed

Painted RS sideskirts and P1 fog light covers as future brake ducts

New daily driver, 2004 WRX Wagon. I added a stereo, tint, supertones, new all season tires, and a tune. Good to drive to work and runs 13.6 in the quarter mile.... with a roof rack. Here is the member journal for it - 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon

WRX Engine swap time. Finally time to bring the power. Removing the 2.2 motor, big thanks to my friends for helping that day!

Purchased a Invidia V2 downpipe and DeatschWerks DW300 series fuel pump

Removing the bulkhead wiring to be sent to Keener (iWire). This was a big pain in the ass because the cage blocked the dash bar from being removed. As a result, it had to be cut. Don't worry, it'll be re-welded and installed back but it'll eventually be replaced by a bar built into the cage a-pillars.

L wiring on the left, WRX wiring on the right. 62 pounds according to the USPS. Off it goes to iWire

WRX motor is in! Kinda just set the intercooler on top for the photo, haha.

Currently waiting for the wiring from iWire and a few misc parts to finish the swap. After the swap is completed, suspension time!

Around, haha. Yeah, nobody really has yet.

Looks like you should have yours up and running before me!

Good luck with the rest of the build, we will have to have Javier do an RS shoot this summer!
We'll see.. as long as I don't run into any issues. The merged wiring should be on the way back Monday so I might have it back next Friday. I'm hoping to try and fire it up in 3-4 weeks from now.

A photoshoot sounds good to me! Needs some TiC decals on the side.. hehe.

Yeah, stock L springs and struts with 155k miles on them. I always wanted full out race suspension and figured it would be pointless to buy anything other than that. I try to buy the right parts the first time because of my OCD  One of my tires are rubs now because of the body roll

Today I finally made a coilover purchase. I figure these will hold me over until I move up to JRZ or AST/Motons. Upgrading from 155,000 mile L suspension

KW RCE Tarmac 2 coilovers w/group N top mounts

Since the spring rates are really low that come with them, I went ahead and bought Hyperco 400/380 springs from Rokkit (Mike) as well.
