Default Kehess' 96 Wagon

Picked up a 96 Impreza Outback yesterday for $350.00. It's not in terrible shape but it needs love. My goal for right now is to get it running and take care of some little things here and there.

Needs:
-Taillights
-New headlights/ Foglights
-Gauge Cluster
-Battery

The previous owner replaced a the starter, Front 02 Sensor, Coil pack and #4 injector.

He said the motor and trans are shot. Ran perfectly before he changed the timing belt and wouldn't start after he replaced it. So i'm hoping to start with that problem and take it from there!

First on my agenda is to change the front end to a 98-00. beside the obvious in getting new bumper, headlights and grille. Is there anything else I need in order to do so, or is it just remove old and put on new?

Front end is off awaiting the upgraded front.

Interior is out getting cleaned while locating a carpet.

Gauge cluster and starter are in. Just need some misc. stuff to get it running.

Update. Got the "new" bumper on and the clear corners. Should have her started this week.

Almost back to running order. Only need a few things yet.
-Battery
-Brakes
-Tires
-Gauge Cluster Harness

Then it's on to the bigger aspects of the build haha

Coilovers are finally on! I need to get a new starter and she should be able to move on her own. I have to find wheels/tires then body work and paint.
